At Group-GTS, we have established the "Solutions & Sustainability" business unit with the aim of offering customer-specific solutions within the supply chain. This unit is your point of contact for all types of project-related issues. At Group-GTS, we strive for not only standard solutions, but also innovative and 'out-of-the-box' solutions that deliver value to all stakeholders.

A critical part of our approach is ensuring a future-proof plan. We believe that new value thinking is not enough - we aim to put these ideas into practice as well. We call this New Value Realisation.

Our strategy also includes Smart Transport & Logistics. This involves using the latest technologies and data-driven approaches to contiously improve and automate our logistics and transport processes.

Key to this is our initiative for Strategic Customer & Supplier Engagement. We aim to form strong partnerships with both our customers and suppliers. By working closely together and maintaining open channels of communication, we can better understand what our partners need and how we can support them.

Finally, Business Development & Project Management plays a key role in our strategy. We are always looking for new growth opportunities and projects that can strengthen and expand our business.

It is our mission at Group-GTS to help our clients achieve their carbon reduction goals.

To achieve these goals, we focus on several key areas. We work on the Reduction of Empty Mileage and the Optimization of Transport Flows to ensure efficient use of resources. We explore Alternative Fuels and Synchromodal Transport Solutions as ways to reduce environmental impact.

In addition, we manage our operations from Green Premises and use Smart Data to make informed and environmentally friendly decisions. And finally, through Social Engagement, we connect with our community and stakeholders, promoting sustainability not only in our operations but also in the wider community.
