Why do we process personal data

Your personal data are processed by Group GTS for the following purposes and legal grounds:

  • Participation in Group GTS activities (execution of the agreement);
  • Sending newsletters and invitations (consent of the data subject).

We only use the collected data for the purposes for which we have obtained them.

Disclosure to third parties

We may provide the information you supply to third parties if necessary for achieving the objectives described above.

For example, we engage third parties for sending newsletters and invitations.

We never pass personal data to third parties with whom we have not concluded a data processing agreement.

We naturally make the necessary arrangements with these parties to ensure the security of your personal data.

Furthermore, we will not pass the information you provide us to third parties unless legally required and permitted. An example is if the police request data from us as part of an investigation.

In such a case, we must cooperate and are thus obliged to provide this information.

We do not transfer personal data to parties located outside the EU.

Retention period

Group GTS retains personal data for a maximum of 5 years after the last use for the purposes for which they were provided or as legally required.

Data security

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing. For example, we have adopted the following measures:

  • All persons who, on behalf of Group GTS, can access your data are obliged to maintain confidentiality;
  • We have a username and password policy on all our systems.

Your rights regarding your data

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data that we have received from you. At the top of this privacy statement, you can find how to contact us. You can also contact us via the contact page of our website.

You may also object to the processing of your personal data by ourselves or by one of our processors.

You also have the right to request us to transfer the data you've provided us to yourself or directly to another party on your behalf. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with these requests.
